Email provider and processors

We use Loops, an email platform for SaaS, to manage contacts and send emails. Loops acts as our data processor and processes your personal data strictly on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Loops provides GDPR‑aligned controls, security, and documentation. Processor details

Processor: Loops (app.loops.so) – sending, managing, and measuring email performance (deliveries, bounces, basic engagement).
Disclosures: We do not sell personal data. We may share data with subprocessors that enable Loops’ email delivery and analytics, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

International transfers

Retention
